How often should I attend therapy sessions?

This varies depending on individual circumstances and the severity of your concerns. Most people attend therapy once a week, but it can be more or less frequent based on your needs and treatment plan.

How do I know if therapy is right for me?

If you're feeling overwhelmed, stressed, anxious, or stuck, therapy can provide valuable tools and support. The best way to determine if therapy is right for you is to schedule an initial consultation.

Do you in person therapy sessions?

I currently only provide virtual therapy sessions that can be done in the comfort of your home or any private space.

Do you take insurance?

I accept Aetna and Cigna California insurance plans. For all other insurance panels, I do provide a superbill that clients can submit to insurance for possible reimbursement depending on out of network benefits.

How much does therapy cost?

Individual Therapy: 50-minute session cost: $170

For every additional 15-minutes: $50

Is what I share in therapy confidential?

Yes, confidentiality is a cornerstone of therapy. What you share in therapy is kept strictly confidential, with some exceptions required by law, such as when there's a risk of harm to yourself or others.
