Fertility Challenges
If one more person says “You just need to relax” you will scream. You feel incredibly alone, and have no idea who you can turn to or how to even support yourself. You are going back and forth between frustration, grief, and anger. You either have an unexpected diagnosis, or are struggling to get answers.
Fertility challenges are the least common perinatal experience talked about. It comes with an incredible amount of shame and guilt and it can feel like the weight of the world is on your shoulders.
Whether you have had a miscarriage, have no idea why you cannot get pregnant, or are unable to get conceive for a variety of reasons, this experience is far from what you expected during this life stage
Although it might feel like it, you are not alone. It is important to me to provide a safe environment for my clients to talk about these concerns without fear of judgement. I understand that some of these challenges cannot be fixed, but you still do not have to go through these emotions alone. With support and guidance, we can find the light during these dark times.

I accept Aetna and Cigna California insurance plans. For all other insurance panels, I do provide a superbill that clients can submit to insurance for possible reimbursement depending on out of network benefits.
